Grilled Chicken Marinade with Chipotle Chilies

Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken pieces
- 3 tablespoons pureed chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
- 2 whole minced garlic cloves
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Put the chilies, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, orange juice, salt and black pepper in a bowl and stir well.
Add the chicken and make sure it is evenly coated.
Alternatively you can mix the marinade in a big Ziploc bag, add the chicken, and squeeze out the excess air.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, or seal the Ziploc bag.
Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Grill the chicken for 10 minutes per side or until it is cooked through.
